At the same time we found out that some foods increase the effects of conditions such as endometriosis which also make you feel ill, a lot of the time, and forever.
A radical change to a gluten free vegan diet was required.

I started to put together a list of dishes that were achievable, worked well and were enjoyed by both my gluten free vegan daughter and the rest of the family. When I say achievable, I mean they are easy to create, only take three or four steps and can be produced without the need for a vast array of ingredients that you might not have heard of before, you may only need a tiny amount of, or can be costly.
I incorporated some dishes my daughter has created so I had some new influences. I wanted dishes we all could have - it's pretty powerful when you can serve a meal that everyone enjoys without one of the gang feeling different.
This list became my reminder of what's good and what I could put together easily, to suit the occasion - special meals, quick meals, mix and match meals and some treats.
